All the facilities (jacuzzi, pool, hammam, sauna, gym, billiard room, etc.) of the Villa have been designed to provide you with a prestigious and unique stay in the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux. You will enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and an ideal location close to shops and restaurants.

Detailed description of Villa Paradise:

Court / Parking:
- 2/3 parking spaces are available in the Villa's courtyard, equipped with a charging station for electric cars and secured (4 additional spaces are available in front of the Villa for free).
- A bicycle shelter with 2 electric outlets
- Garage with 1 additional parking space

Main floor:
- Cinema room with a suitable sound system and all the applications of a smart TV
- 1 independent Japanese WC
- Living area with a second smart TV and fireplace
- Spacious dining room for 8 people with views of the lake, the mountains, and the city of Annecy
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven/steam oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, blender, crockery, utensils, etc.

Terrace:
- Outdoor dining area facing the lake, covered by a pergola (fully openable and closeable)
- Outdoor fireplace with garden lounge furniture (wood is provided by the agency upon request)
- “Outdoor kitchen” corner with fridge, gas plancha, and kamado grill

Garden:
- Jacuzzi
- Covered and heated pool (1.5m deep, 4m x 9m) with counter-current swimming

- Master bedroom 4: King-size double bed (180x200) with balcony access, dressing room, and en-suite shower room with Japanese WC and heated wall

A security deposit of €5,000 will be processed via bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting your bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.

Beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered guests. Towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 2 toilet paper rolls per WC...) are included, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning. We can also provide a baby cot (travel type) and a high chair upon request free of charge.

Your agency, LLA Selections, offers a private concierge service to help organize your stay. All services can be found in the “Les Services de Sophie” section of our website. You can directly book transfers, private lessons, private chefs, catering, massages... A link will be sent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.
