Ground floor (accessible by a few steps): - Large living room with cocooning lounge (fireplace) - Dining area for 6 people - Independent WC - Large independent equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishes for 8 people, electric oven, ceramic hob) Terrass with direct access from the living room (east facing) equipped with table and chairs as well as a parasol. On the first floor : - Bedroom 1 : 2 beds 90x200cm, south facing with a view of the lake and mountains - Bedroom 2 : 1 Queensize double bed 160x200cm, south facing, lake and mountain view - Office area - Storage space for suitcases - Independent WC - Bathroom with bathtub Possibility to add a mattress for an extra bed. Acoustic Isolation between the main floor and the first floor has not been renovated yet, It will be more suitable for families or good friends. This house with blue shutters, totally renovated, is a part of an old Savoyard farmhouse. The house faces south and is therefore bathed by the sun all day long until sunset.........
