This house with blue shutters, totally renovated, is a part of an old Savoyard farmhouse. The house faces south and is therefore bathed by the sun all day long until sunset......... You will find a small rustic garden, facing apple trees, from time to time cows or donkeys. The lake is only 3 minutes away by car (15 minutes on foot), you just have to enjoy it! A very nice white sandy beach where you can relax with friends or family.
