Courchevel, nestled in the heart of Les Trois Vallées between 1,100 and 1,700 meters above sea level, is the perfect place to fully enjoy an exceptional ski area. Courchevel 1550 offers a peaceful setting, perfect for family stays in this exceptional resort.

The resort is organized around five villages: Saint-Bon-Tarentaise (chief town), Courchevel Le Praz (formerly Courchevel 1300), the village of Courchevel (formerly Courchevel 1500), Courchevel Moriond (formerly Courchevel 1650), and Courchevel (formerly Courchevel 1850). The latter, the first development hub, features urban planning by architect Laurent Chappis and engineer Maurice Michaud. This new mountain urbanization was added to the supplementary inventory of historical monuments in 1998, with around thirty sites protected as historical monuments.
