Offering the perfect base for a lovely getaway throughout the year. Just a six minute walk to The Prarion and Bellevue lift stations where you will find a small selection of Bakeries, Equipment hire, Local bars/shop and Art Gallery and a 15 minute walk to the heart of Les Houches. Close to the Autoroute and other transport links.
THE BUILDING :
A small and well built Residence, your apartment entrance is on the ground floor, providing easy access for guests looking to avoid using stairs.
INSIDE :
Apartment Iris is a lovely two bedroom property. Upon entry you will find the main living space including kitchen, dining table for 6 people, lounge with access to the spacious balcony and the ensuite bedroom on the right. The second bedroom is on the left of the apartment along with Family bathroom and separate WC.
The living/ dining room is well planned and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen catering for the whole party.
Open up the large sliding doors and enjoy an aperitif on the beautiful balcony, the best spot for taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
The private garage is great if you would like to bring your car, or store your bike; it is the best spot for storing your skis over your winter holiday as well, with easy access using the stairs or elevator.
OUTSIDE :
You will love the panoramic view of the Chamonix Valley from the large balcony accessed through the living room. It's really breathtaking.
GREAT LOCATION :
Just a six minute walk to The Prarion and Bellevue lift stations where you will find a small selection of Boulangeries, Equipment hire, Local bars/shop and Art Gallery and a 15 minute walk to the heart of Les Houches.

GETTING AROUND :
Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person.

The WiFi internet service has recently been updated to a Fibre service. There is a TV in the living area and a selection of books and games. If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. PERFECT FOR : Families and Small Groups. Convenient Location. Walking distance to bus stop. Fully equipped. THE BUILDING : The apartment sits within a well maintained holiday rental complex with underground parking, ski locker and cave at your disposal. There is also a parking space outside should you need extra. INSIDE : From the main entrance on the left-hand side you will find the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and large dining table. To the right is the first shower room with WC along with a cupboard housing the washing machine. The stairs to the bedrooms are found just after the cupboard. The rest of the ground floor consists of the living area with plenty of seating, Entertainment system and small fire. There are two sets of patio double doors which lead onto the Balcony with views of the Mont Blanc Massive. OUTSIDE : There is a balcony just off the lounge area and two further ones from the double bedrooms upstairs giving you spectacular views of the Mont Blanc Massif. The gardens are well maintained. GREAT LOCATION : Your apartment is set at the bottom of a residential road with easy access to all the amenities within the local area, places within walking distance include the bus stop, supermarket, curry house, bio market and Rocky Pop hotel. GETTING AROUND : The bus stop is a minute away from the residence with services up and down the valley . PERFECT FOR : a family or group looking for a social place close to the village centre. THE BUILDING : recently renovated, has 4 floors and is home to about 10 individual apartments. La Terrasse is on the 1st floor and is accessed via a wide staircase inside the building. INSIDE : is a minimal but cosy feel with new furniture throughout and original artwork on the walls. It has 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite shower room. There is a central corridor running along the apartment. On the right as you enter, is the small bunk room, (the room is small but the single beds are full size singles – ok for adults, as well as children) with access onto the large roof terrace. Next on the right is a double bedroom and opposite this, on the left of the corridor, is the family bathroom with bath (shower overhead) and WC. Next on the right is the large lounge and kitchen/diner, and opposite this, on the left of the corridor is a utility room with washer/dryer. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with an ensuite shower and WC. OUTSIDE : you can enjoy spectacular mountain views all round, from the large roof terrace, lounging on the sofa or from the dining table, where you can enjoy outside dining and make use of the coal BBQ. There is a second small balcony on the opposite side of the apartment facing the Les Houches ski slopes. GREAT LOCATION : for families and beginner skiers as it’s just moments away from the small Tourchet ski slope (which has night skiing each Thursday in the winter school holidays) and the external ice rink. Here you can also eat and drink at the Solerey micro-brewery. Just a few minutes walk from here you reach the centre of the Les Houches village, and all its amenities. GETTING AROUND : is easy with the bus stop just outside on the main road, and the train station is only a few minutes walk away. Buses are free with your ski pass/lift pass, or you can buy tickets online in advance or on the bus.
