This recent tourist residence in Duingt, with around 50 units spread over two floors, boasts privileged access to the lake, thanks in particular to its private beach.
2 very pleasant restaurants on site: Wakpala (open in summer) and BEC (open all year).
Numerous water sports are available on site: paddle, kayak, wake and water-ski.
This second-floor duplex apartment of 46m2, offers unique lake access just a few meters away and a superb breathtaking view of the mountains and lake.
The balcony enjoys sunshine all afternoon.

About Duingt....
Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and deserves its name "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
Many activities are possible in Duingt: water activities in summer (wake-boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, hiking, etc) outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Semnoz (20mins), alpine ski in La Clusaz (40mns) or in the 3 Valleys resorts (about 1h))
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt few meters away from your apartment, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Wakpala on site for example).
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.

The facilities for guests within the apartments are great and the children had a great time doing lots of different water sports with the company based at the same location. Le Spinnaker is also amazing for good food. |

About Duingt…. Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake". Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike. The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example). Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times. In summer : -Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house) -Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz) -Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!) -Paragliding -The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins) -Summer sledging from the station Semnoz -An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins) In winter : -Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins) -The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour) -Snowshoeing in Semnoz Have a nice stay ! 50 reviews -
