THE BUILDING :
Set in the Popular Residence Le Lutetia’ building , your apartment can be found on the 2nd floor accessed either by the stairs or lift which brings out directly outside the front door.
INSIDE :
This second floor apartment has two lovely bedrooms; the first with a kingsize bed and the second with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower option and a separate WC. The apartment has an open living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, catering for your whole party. The double doors open onto a lovely balcony, with a great overview of the street below. The apartment also comes with wifi, satellite TV and a coffee machine.
OUTSIDE :
This central property is the perfect location for those looking to enjoy the lively atmosphere that Chamonix has to offer throughout the winter and summer seasons.
GREAT LOCATION :
You are in the heart of Chamonix but still close to the Aiguille du Midi and Brévent Plan Praz gondola giving you a perfect location to enjoy everything the valley has to offer. The nearest mini supermarket is just round the corner.
GETTING AROUND :
Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person.
USEFUL BITS :
Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. Please ask if you have any questions.

Summer top tip - This great location is close to lots of bars and restaurants, however the wine merchant at the end of the highstreet called Cha’cha’cha is the best spot for a glass of rose on a summer afternoon, with their wide variety of choices and excellent view of the Glacier des Bossons.
Winter top tip - Take advantage of this great location to try out the apres ski at the iconic Folie Douce.

Confortable et bien décoré. Juste pour trouver le parking, les explications données sont peu claires. Il s’agit du parking de l’Hotel des Grandes Alpes. Pour y accéder une fois que vous aurez récupéré la télécommande qui est avec le jeu de clefs, il see more

Pour y accéder une fois que vous aurez récupéré la télécommande qui est avec le jeu de clefs, il faut prendre le chemin Rene Payot (attention il y a une rue du même nom mais pas au même endroit). Le chemin croise la rue du Lyret au niveau du numéro 171. Voilà j avais dit à l’hôtesse qui est plus à l aise en anglais qu’en français, et qui est très sympa, que je ferai des explications !

Nous avons trouvé des problèmes avec la télé et un sifflement du chauffe eau, ils ont envoyé quelqu'un pour régler les problèmes le jour-même. C'était un peu bruyant, je ne le recommanderais pas à ceux qui cherchent un séjour tranquilles.

Placement très central avec parking sous-sol très appréciable, l’appartement est de bonne taille bien meublé. S’il fallait faire un seul reproche ce serait l’éclairage de la salle de bain qui est vraiment insuffisant, beaucoup trop sombre, sinon c’est un bon rapport qualité prix

THE BUILDING : Your apartment is on the ground floor of this contemporary building, tastefully designed and well maintained to welcome you throughout the year. This newly renovated, one bedroom apartment lends itself perfectly to home working with a dedicated workspace and Fibre internet service. THE BUILDING : The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an historic, old stone building. Romantic; Gothic; Iconic. With high ceilings and classical tall windows, you can really get a sense of the grandeur and history of Chamonix in this building, which was originally a small hotel, welcoming guests for many years. A slice of history awaits. This is a rare find and available to you throughout the year - experience the different seasons in comfort and style. INSIDE : Enjoy spending time in the elegant interiors of this renovated apartment with its: compact but fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, full sized oven and microwave); bathroom with full sized bath and shower overhead, equipped with a washing machine/tumble dryer; separate WC; bedroom with double bed, plenty of storage and a small desk to work at; and In the lounge, a sofa opens out to a 160mm wide bed with a real mattress inside.
