PERFECT FOR :
Families and small groups. Central location. Close to Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers.
THE BUILDING :
Your apartment is on the ground floor of this contemporary building, tastefully designed and well maintained to welcome you throughout the year.
INSIDE :
The main living, kitchen/dining area can be found to the left of the main door, there are two comfortable double sofa beds along with patio door with access to the terrace area. Turning right you will find a separate WC and the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has two double fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space with its own large shower room and WC. The twin room has one fitted wardrobe behind the door, shower room cupboard space.
OUTSIDE :
You will have access to a private terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people, you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding peaks; there is a hedge running along the bottom of the terrace to give privacy. Please note that the decking can get slippery in winter.
GREAT LOCATION :
5 minutes from the centre of Chamonix. great for taking advantage of the local bars and restaurants, and convenient for the shops, supermarkets, and ski/bike hire.
GETTING AROUND :
You can walk to the central bus and train stations in just a few minutes,
USEFUL BITS :
Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. There is a ski locker and space to store bikes in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped and should have everything that you need for your stay, including an electric filter coffee machine and raclette machine. You have a washing machine and dishwasher at your disposal. The Mollocks are located opposite the building for all your waste disposal.
YOUR ARRIVAL :
Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive arrival instructions with a key box code to let yourself in when you arrive!
PARKING :
Your private parking space is conveniently located directly next to the apartment. Please note that there is only enough space for one car. There is additional parking opposite the apartment complex.
Summer Top Tip - Take the train up to Montenvers, there is an incredible hike along the Grand Balcon Nord to the Plan de l’Aiguille Midi offering you an incredible view of the whole valley. Alternatively if you’re fit enough and up for the challenge, why not go all the way from the bottom, walking up Planards.
Winter Top Tip - This apartment is only a few minutes walk from the heart of Chamonix where you can enjoy the vibrant apres ski.

There were quite a few ants in the outdoor area which ventured indoors at times. If anything could be done to keep them away it would be beneficial.

Oh no - sorry to hear that there were ants on the terrace. We will take a look right away. Its a shame that you did not tell us when you were here - we would have dealt with them there and then, to stop them invading your space. Guests can always messee more

My husband and I stayed here earlier this month for 7 days. The minute we walked in we couldn't believe how clean and lovely the place was. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with washer/ dryer and diahwasher. It was in a great location with a short walk to the centre of Chamonix, a 5 minute walk to the Du Midi chairlift and a handy 5 minute walk to the local supermarket. The views from our verandah were breath taking. The place was very secure and quiet. Lots of handy brochures were left for sightseeing and a fantastic instructions book outlining everything. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chamonix on their next visit.

The parking was difficult as the snow doesn't get cleared and it was like an ice rink by the end of our stay. A snow shovel would have been handy.

PERFECT FOR : Families/ Friends, with a total size of 90 sqm this well planned, elegantly decorated apartment has everything you need. Your apartment is on the first floor accessible either by stairs or lift directly opposite the main door. Guests have access to the spa and pool facilities between the hours of 10am to 9pm with no additional charge. THE BUILDING : The La Cordee complex was renovated by Cardea a local Chamonix developer and ready for use in 2017 with a total of 80 apartments all renovated to a high standard. Along with the Spa Facilities guests can enjoy the Garden, Mountain Views, Workout studio, Games Room, Kids Play areas and climbing room. You can also enjoy the relaxing feel of the communal lounge area. INSIDE : This lovely apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday, As you enter you will find a small entrance hall and cupboard. The kitchen is to the right with a lovely rustic dining table. The first of the three bedrooms can be found to the right just after the table with a double bed, storage and own balcony. After the bedroom there is the main living space with access to another balcony, TV and large sofa. There is also another dining room table which could allow for home working. The family bedroom flows on from the living area complete with a Bath/over head shower and WC. The bunkroom is next on the left with 2 bunks big enough for adults. The last bedroom is found at the back of the apartment with a large ensuite shower room . Each apartment has a ski locker and boot dryer. OUTSIDE : Well maintained, elegant landscaping with a seating area to enjoy the Mont Blanc View. . Children's play area. Extra parking at both sides of the complex allows for plenty of parking even in the high seasons. There are also conveniently placed Molocks (bins) for you to dispose of your rubbish. GREAT LOCATION : You will be staying in a quiet residential area, twenty minute walk along the beautiful river path into the centre of Chamonix and a short drive/bus ride to both Flegere and Brevent lift stations. GETTING AROUND : You can also walk to the central bus and train station in just a couple of minutes, allowing you to take full advantage of the free local transport, or take a walk into Chamonix along the beautiful riverside path, in the opposite direction is the pretty village of Les Praz with a Episeire, The Petite Social Bar and Ski Shop to hire all you need. The Flegere cable car and Golf Course are also situated in Les Praz Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains and buses in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums.
