Our teams are available to help you throughout the booking process. If you have already found a property, you can book directly on our website. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a pre-confirmation email. Laure, who is in charge of administration, will send you details of how to pay (bank transfer or credit card).

A deposit will be made via a pre-authorised bank transfer. A link will be sent by e-mail from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without the bank ceiling being affected. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out. You can find the exact amount in the description of the advert, which varies according to the property.
The minimum length of stay varies according to the period and the properties. However, we remain flexible, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special requirements. We do not offer nightly rentals.
Many of our owners do not live in the region. This is why it is essential for the LLA Selections team to establish a solid relationship of trust between our agency and the owners.

From the moment we hand over the keys to the property, we take care of the photography with a professional photographer, the marketing on more than 15 platforms, the management of rates in collaboration with our dynamic pricing system, as well as setting up the linen and welcoming the guests. We also monitor the stay and remain available for any request, whether to resolve a problem or to book activities. We are present during the inventory of fixtures, and our cleaning teams are on hand to ensure that the accommodation is in perfect condition before the next arrival.
A cancellation can be registered if, and only if, it complies with the following conditions:
